At San Andreas Coastline Roleplay, our staff team plays a critical role in maintaining a professional, fair, and immersive roleplay environment. We are always looking for dedicated, mature individuals who are passionate about helping the community grow.

If you are interested in becoming a staff member, please review the requirements below before submitting an application.

Staff Responsibilities

As a staff member, you will be expected to:

• Enforce all community rules and server guidelines

• Assist members with questions, issues, and support requests

• Monitor roleplay to ensure quality and fairness

• Handle reports, disputes, and administrative situations professionally

• Maintain neutrality and avoid bias in all decisions

• Represent San Andreas Coastline RP in a positive and professional manner

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for a staff position, applicants must meet the following:

• Be at least 16 years of age

• Demonstrate maturity and professionalism at all times

• Have strong knowledge of server rules and roleplay standards

• Be an active member of the community

• Possess good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Be able to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict appropriately

• Have no recent disciplinary actions or violations

• Be willing to learn and accept feedback from senior staff

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but Recommended)

• Previous experience as a staff member in a roleplay community

• Leadership or moderation experience

• Familiarity with law enforcement, fire/EMS, or dispatch roleplay

• Ability to contribute to documentation, training, or server development

Application Process

1. Submit a staff application through our official application form

2. Applications will be reviewed by Senior Administration

3. Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview

4. If accepted, you will undergo a Staff Training & Probation Period
